The Prince William Ballroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Palmer Square, and is decorated with mirrors, gold chandeliers, a parkay dance floor, wall-to-wall colonial style carpeting and a built in audio system. Theatre style set-ups for 300 are perfect for larger ceremonies. Guests enjoy having their reunions, b’nai mitzvah, holiday parties and other larger social affairs in this classic ballroom setting.

The Senior Room can hold ceremonies up to 125 people. This charming space has exposed dark wood beams, a decorative fireplace, and overlooks Palmer Square North with access to outdoor space for cocktail receptions (seasonal). Many people have cocktail hour receptions before the main event in the ballroom. Many children’s events that are part of either a bar or bat mitzvah or birthday party are set up in this room while the reception is in the Ballroom.

The Assembly Area is a private lounge space for people having events in the Senior Room or Ballroom. It can also serve as a place for gifts, the place card table, or simply a relaxing, more quite area where people can gather during the event and have a more intimate conversation. The Assembly Area is ideally located off the main lobby between the Senior Room and Ballroom.

The Palmer Room is an elegant space for any social event with beautiful buffets or plated meals. It has wide plank hard wood floors and oriental area rugs which create a nostalgic feeling, similar to the original look and feel of Nassau Inn. This room is often times used for rehearsal dinners, showers and other social events accommodating 88 to 100 people.  

The John Witherspoon Room adjoins the Palmer Room which allows for either extra seating, a buffet, a dance floor or entertainment set-up to compliment receptions in the Palmer Room. The high pitched ceilings gives it an open feeling for smaller ceremonies up to 40 people.
