First Annual First Capital Princeton Tour - September 6

On Saturday, September 6th starting at 1 p.m., there will be a First Capital Princeton 90-minute FREE tour, celebrating Princeton's role in the American Revolution, led by Mimi Omiecinski, owner of Princeton Tour Company and Tom Murphy, a recent graduate of the Rutgers Graduate School of Education. It will begin at the nation’s first White House and end at our historic Yankee Doodle Tap Room, where George Washington toasted the birth of the nation in 1783.  Email Mimi at to register (mandatory to attend). Your registration will send you an email as proof of your registration, where the tour starts and valuable discounts on the day of First Capital Princeton!.

Princeton Farmers' Market - Thursday's from May 15 - November 20

The Princeton Farmers' Market, on Hinds Plaza outside the Princeton Public Library, offers the community a wonderful variety of local produce and fruits, meat and eggs, honey, cheese, pickles, cured bacon, juices, flowers, breads and baked goods, crepes, vegan/gluten-free snacks, jams, spices, chocolates and coffee.  All of the farmers are local and only sell what they grow themselves.  The market takes place every Thursday from 11am-4pm, with music playing from 12:30- 2pm.
