Yankee Doodle Tap Room Menus

Would you like a preview of the dining experience that awaits you at the Yankee Doodle Tap Room? Take a look at the latest Yankee Doodle Tap Room menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, specialty drinks and in-room dining. The menu items include time-honored classics as well as seasonal selections and specialty creations using only the finest and freshest quality ingredients.

For the lunch and dinner menus, the Executive Chef and our culinary staff have created dishes reflecting the quality, tradition, and history of the Yankee Doodle Tap Room, while incorporating products of the local merchants and current times we live in.

Come to the Yankee Doodle Tap Room and see, taste, and experience what people have cherished for more than 70 years. Breakfast is served 7:00 - 11:30 AM, lunch from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and dinner from 4:30 - 10:00 PM daily. Our late night menu is served from 10 - 11 PM Fridays and Saturdays. Room service is available from 6 AM – 10 PM and the bar opens at Noon daily. Group reservations are available by calling 609.688.2600 or emailing sales@nassauinn.com.

Executive Chef Michael LaCorte

Executive Che Michael LaCorte graduated from the Culinary Institue of America, and has been cooking for top restaurants ever since--The Fromagerie, River Café,Verve Restaurant. In the
late 90's, Chef LaCorte began working in corporate dining, where he operated a full-service cafeteria serving more than 500 customers daily, and developed a Food Cost Calculator whihc various restaurants then adopted. In 2012, Chef opened two restaurants successfully, and then decided to return to his early roots. LaCorte used to work at Nassau Inn in the mid-90's, and now we welcome him home.
