The latest Yankee Doodle Tap Room menus for breakfast, lunch and dinner, specialty drinks and in-room dining include time-honored classics as well as seasonal selections and specialty creations using only the finest and freshest quality ingredients.The Executive Chef and our culinary staff have created dishes reflecting the quality, tradition, and history of the Yankee Doodle Tap Room, while incorporating products of the local merchants and current times we live in.
Come to the Yankee Doodle Tap Room and see, taste, and experience what people have cherished for more than 75 years. Breakfast is served 7:00 - 11:30 AM, Lunch from 11:30 AM - 4:30 PM, and Dinner from 4:30 - 10:00 PM daily. Our late night menu is served from 10 - 11 PM Fridays and Saturdays. Enjoy our Sunday Brunch from 10am - 2pm. Room Service is available from 6 AM – 10 PM and the bar opens at Noon daily. Executive Chef Michael LaCorte
Executive Chef Michael LaCorte graduated from the Culinary Institute of America and has been cooking for top restaurants ever since, including The Fromagerie, River Café, and Verve Restaurant. In the late 90’s, Chef LaCorte began working in corporate dining, where he operated a full service cafeteria serving more than 500 customers daily, and developed a Food Cost Calculator various restaurants then used. In 2012, Chef opened two restaurants successfully, and finally decided to return to his early days. LaCorte used to work at Nassau Inn in the mid-'90s, and now we welcome him home.
