Event Space at the Nassau Inn

The Nassau Inn features 13 banquet rooms with more than 10,000 square feet of space that can be utilized in various configurations. Our Chef has prepared a delectable selection of catering menus, and will customize them to suit your needs. We take pride in servicing functions that range between 6 and 300 people.

Prince William Ballroom

Prince William Ballroom

The Prince William Ballroom has floor to ceiling windows overlooking Palmer Square, and features a built in audio system and a 165" multimedia video wall for presentations. Theatre style set-ups for 300 are perfect for seminars and lectures. Clients enjoy having their opening and closing meetings in this classic ballroom setting before and after their breakout sessions.

The Senior Room, adjacent to the Ballroom, works well for a buffet lunch in the middle of a seminar in the Ballroom, a smaller theater, or larger classroom style meeting. This charming space has access to outdoor space for cocktails or an outdoor break. For your convenience, this space is equipped with a drop down screen and built-in projector.

The Palmer Room is beautiful for any corporate meeting or event, specifically for u-shape or classroom style set-ups. Many companies have dinners following an all day meeting or a nice plated luncheon in this classy room.  For smaller groups, you may choose to hold the meeting in the Palmer Room, and then have a buffet in the John Witherspoon, which connects to this room.  For your convenience, this space is equipped with a drop down screen and built-in projector.

Nassau Rooms A & B

Nassau Rooms A & B

Nassau Rooms A & B have a desirable air wall that accommodates single or split room setups. Many clients enjoy the convenience of having breakout sessions close together, or lunch adjacent to their meetings.  Lobby 2 West is just outside with comfortable couches and chairs, offering a nice lounge area for a quiet conversation close by the meeting room(s).  There is also a small terrace to get fresh air between meeting sessions.  Both spaces are equipped with a drop down screen and built-in projector, which allows you to have two screens in the one larger room setup, showing either the same or two different things simultaneously.

General Mercer Room

General Mercer Room

The General Mercer Room exclusively seats up to 11 for a conference style meeting, break out sessoin, training seminar, or smaller size presentation. For your convenience, this space is adjacent to Lobby 2 and the patio overlooking Palmer Square.

The Library

The Library

The Library is ideal for smaller meetings or an personal lunch or dinner meeting. Companies could also hold focus groups or interviews here as well. This room is about ten feet away from Lobby , as well as the patio and Palmer Square.

Lobby 2 offers a lounge setting with many leathery chairs and couches, cozy fireplace (seasonal) and baby grand piano on wide planked wood floors. The famous “Red Door” is located here opening out on to our patio and the Palmer Square Green.
